Under the guidance of Dr Rakhee Varma,I got opprtunity to learn practical skills in counseling, use of eclectic approaches and interventions based on client specific needs.I learned taking case history,analysis and interpretation of the problem and planning and implementing solution focused appropriate interventions.

Working under Dr Rakhee Varma ma'am as an intern was an insightful and thought provoking experience. I am thankful to ma'am for giving me this invaluable opportunity. Right from the moment I entered the clinic, the environment was so soothing and calming. The place is designed intricately by keeping the nauances of a therapy room in mind. Dr Varma is so passionate and diligent towards her work and the genuineness which she maintains by being true to herself reflects in her working style. I was fortunate enough to get practical exposure about counseling and psychotherapy by working closely with Dr Varma. A key learning that I take back from my experience working under ma'am is that being a counselling psychologist is not only about the expertise that you have or the counseling skills you use during the sessions, but rather the qualities of a counselor must reflect in the entire personality of the individual outside the therapy room as well. After completing my internship, I am still associated with ma'am to seek her guidance to be able to transform myself as a professional into practical realms of Counseling and Psychotherapy

Working under Dr Rakhee Varma was a great experience. She is a soft-spoken and hard-working person. I did a training program for one year under her guidance. I believe I am very fortunate to get this chance to learn and grow as a counselor. She helped me to understand the whole process of counseling, the skills of a counselor, and ways to deal with different clients. I had the chance to discuss with her the experience of working in different sectors and this provided me with a key learning that is, a counselor should know how to deal with different clients in different settings. Every client is unique in his/her way. Dr Varma's experience in this helped me to gain a better overview of this profession.

Working as an intern under Dr. Rakhee Varma was a wonderful experience, her advice and mentoring helped shape my understanding of psychology and human behavior to tremendous levels. Dr. Rakhee's wisdom and expertise in the field of psychological counseling and psychotherapy have been an endless source of inspiration for me. Her analytical mind, empathic personality, and calm demeanor have not only taught me the several counseling principles to be followed and kept in mind while treating a client, but also illustrated the significant impact a compassionate and dedicated psychologist can have on the lives of others.
